Tuesday night, I read a book in the backyard from 8:20-9:00 p.m., and when I came in the house, the guy on our public radio station said the temp outside was 95 degrees. I thought it was hilarious that a COLLEGE STUDENT didn't know how to read a thermometer...but quit laughing right away when weather.com confirmed the current temp as 93 degrees! (The radio station is on the other, and apparently *hotter*, side of town.)
95 degrees at 9 o'clock at night? That's just sick.
